Even if you want to analyze your dreams you have to ask yourself the question: „What did I eat before I went to bed? “. This question emphasizes on the wellbeing of the body (stomach ache, hunger) which influences the style of your dreams and quality of sleep.
Being a Psychologist means I pay mindfully attention to all the experiences along the day. The outer and inner world, environments influence our physical, mental and emotional well-being and happiness.
